Otway Estate Cottages offer luxury spa accommodation in a peaceful and tranquil environment. If you are after a truly romantic getaway, then our cottages offer the perfect location.
The cottages are nestled in bush land on the Otway Estate – Winery and Brewery 28 acre property in the beautiful Otway Ranges – 12 kilometres south of Colac and 160 kilometres (or 2 hours) from Melbourne.
Each cottage is fully self contained so you can either curl up in front of the fire in winter or sit on the veranda in summer. Read a book, watch a movie, listen to music or laze back in the spa as the jets ease away the strain of your busy lifestyle.
We have studio cottages for couples or our 2 bedroom cottage with spa room can accommodate 2 couples with a shared bathroom facility and a 4 person Hot Tub.

Credit card details are required for security purposes, regardless of payment method.
The balance owing will be charged to your credit card on the day of arrival.
Management reserves the right to cancel your booking if it is found you have breached our Pet terms and conditions, General terms and conditions or due to emergencies outside of our control such as fire danger or other environmental issues.
If cancellation is made prior to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. A $30 administration fee will be charged if booking is cancelled in less than 7 days prior. It may be possible, at the managers discretion, to transfer your booking to a new date and therefore accrue no penalty.
If cancellation is made on the day of arrival, 100% of the booking total will be charged and no refund is possible.
If the guest does not show, the booking total in full will be charged.
If you have booked and need to change your date, please contact the accommodation manager to discuss. We try to accommodate transfers where at all possible. Guests making more than 3 date change requests for their booking, will be charged a $90 fee.
Property Cancellation Policy
No later than 7 days prior to arrival to avoid the charges of 1 room night. All cancellations attract a 10% administration/card fee.
